MACHINE BEGINNERS

If you are in elementary, junior high or high school, it is not too late to start playing lacrosse!

Join our Intro to Lacrosse program and find out how you can make a difference on your club or school teams in just a short time!

BEGINNER INSTRUCTION FOR BOYS & GIRLS

There is so much opportunity for athletes in the game of lacrosse that the only limits preventing someone from entering the game are the ones they place on themselves!

YOU CAN DO IT!

Girls and Boys in grades 3 thru 9 who want to try lacrosse before joining a spring or summer team can enroll in one of our Introduction to Lacrosse sessions throughout the year.

No experience or equipment is required for our beginner sessions! Sticks will be available for participants to use at the instruction. Beginner sessions are focused on the fundamentals of passing, catching, dodging and shooting and building confidence in each individual player.

OUR INTRO SESSIONS ARE A GREAT WAY TO LEARN! THEY ARE ALSO A PREREQUISITE TO TRAINING AND TEAM PLAY FOR ALL BEGINNING PLAYERS LOOKING TO JOIN THE MACHINE.
